　■Sawara and Summer Vegetable Salad... A refreshing salad combining sawara and colorful summer vegetables

　■Nanban-zuke (pickled horse mackerel)... It’s known for its sweet-and-sour flavor that whets the appetite.

　■ Green Beans with Sesame Dressing... A classic Japanese dish with the rich, nutty flavor of sesame

　■Ratatouille... A French home-style dish that slowly brings out the natural flavors of the vegetables
