In recent years, there have been reports of mobile battery-related incidents involving smoke and fire both in Japan and overseas.
To ensure that all guests can enjoy a safe and worry-free stay, we ask for your cooperation and understanding regarding the following points when using mobile batteries within Guest Rooms.

■ Precautions When Charging
(1) Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from Guest Rooms, such as when you are out.
(2) Please charge your portable battery in a location where you can monitor its status at all times.
(3) Please refrain from charging in the following locations.
　　　・Near a window exposed to direct sunlight
　　　・On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains
(4) Please refrain from using a portable battery that shows signs of damage, swelling, or abnormal heat generation.

■ Guest RoomsGuidelines for Room Cleaning
If any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning while you are staying with us, our staff may move the power bank or unplug it from the outlet to stop charging in order to ensure safety. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
