Given the recent rise in prices and logistics costs, it has become difficult for us to continue providing our services.

Accordingly, starting Thursday, January 1, 2026, we will charge a fee for additional towels.

・We charge 100 yen for each additional item, regardless of type (bath towels, face towels, bath mats).

*Towel replacement is free when housekeeping is not requested.
*Additional towels must be paid for and picked up at the front desk.
